The new industrial building with offices is the seat of the Italian plant of Harken USA Inc., a manufacturer of technologically advanced mechanical equipment for yachting also used by almost all of America’s Cup teams, the only plant producing winches and hydraulic systems.
The building is made of structural components and closing by the precast concrete products industry. This low cost building is made with advanced techniques related to energy saving and environmental well-being.
